In 2004, our church-sponsored Kenyan Project members traveled to Kenya to assist with the building and completion of the clinic. In 2006, Kenya suffered a drought and was unable to grow corn, their staple crop. We held a fundraiser and were able to purchase and send a large amount of corn to Kenya. In 2007, we began raising funds to enlarge the Kenyan church, a project that is still ongoing. We have a new mission in Uganda that is still taking shape.
